Tree Planting at the Horticulture Center!

Tree Campus Higher Education

Join us on October 21st for an annual tree planting in observation Tree Campus Higher Education (formerly Tree Campus USA). Tree Campus Higher Education is a program founded in 2008 by the Arbor Day Foundation. WSU earned designation in 2014 and has maintained status annually since then.

We will be planting poplars, pines, and Douglas-fir trees in the windbreaks located outside of the fence at the Horticulture Center.

As this is a volunteer program, we welcome all people who are willing to help.
