Leadership Development Sales and Marketing – Husqvarna


Are you competitive in nature and tend to fall into the leader role in your activities? Have you considered pursuing a career in Executive Level Sales and Marketing, but unsure how to win an opportunity to get the appropriate training?

Husqvarna is a globally recognized market leader in the Outdoor Power Equipment and Commercial Lawn and Garden Industry. Their reputation for Quality, Innovation, and Environmental Consciousness have resulted in phenomenal business prosperity. The North America Corporate Headquarters are hand selecting new college graduates in their prestigious Leadership Development Program. Only 2 qualified people are accepted into this Elite Global Trainee program every 2 years. These future Senior Managers will have the opportunity to receive hands-on training by proven managers on all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Product Management as well as become experts in the industry and Husqvarna’s innovative line of products.

If you are interested in applying to this 2-year Leadership Rotational program, you must be flexible and able to live and work in short-term locations (including Europe) and able to adapt easily to change. At the end of the 2-year program, the individual will be placed long-term somewhere in the US to begin making their impact and be on the fast-track to the very top of the organization’s Senior Leadership. Individual must be extremely career motivated and have the ability to create a life in the US state they are assigned to work.

The chosen applicant will start summer 2016 for orientation and officially begin their first rotation in the fall. Seniors should apply now in order to have their opportunity to interview.
